For our customers it means the control panel that already runs our shared and reseller plans is licensed, supported and updated through a direct relationship with cPanel, with no reseller in between.

What a cPanel Authorized Partner Is
cPanel & WHM is two interfaces on one server. cPanel is the account-level panel: a website owner uses it to manage files, domains, email, databases, SSL certificates and backups from a browser. WHM, the WebHost Manager, is the server-level interface built for hosting providers: it creates accounts and hosting packages, transfers accounts between servers, applies branding and sets security controls. The software is made by WebPros International, which licenses it to hosting companies; cPanel itself does not provide web hosting.
The cPanel Partner Program is the channel through which hosting providers license the software directly from cPanel. According to cPanel’s partner page, partners receive licensing discounts, enterprise support from a dedicated support team, dedicated account management, access to cPanel University training and marketing materials, and the ability to manage licences through cPanel’s API or account portal. There is no entry fee, but a commitment is required to join. cPanel runs a separate Certified Partner accreditation for partners whose support staff complete its training; today’s announcement is about Authorized Partner status, and we will say so plainly if and when we add the certification.
Put simply: before, we bought and supported cPanel like any customer. Now we hold the licences as a partner, with a named relationship on cPanel’s side and a faster route to its engineers when something on the platform breaks.
What Changes for Our Hosting Customers
Licences come through the partnership. Every cPanel and WHM licence on our shared and reseller servers is provisioned and renewed under our partner account. Licence lapses, the usual cause of a panel that suddenly refuses to log in, are handled on our side and not visible to you.
Platform faults go to cPanel directly. Our support team still answers you first, 24/7. If the fault sits in cPanel or WHM itself rather than in your site, we escalate it to cPanel’s partner support queue instead of a public ticket, and we keep you informed until it is closed.
Updates follow cPanel’s release cycle. cPanel publishes versions through release tiers and marks one release a year as Long-Term Support; a version that reaches end of life no longer receives security updates or bug fixes. We track that schedule and keep our servers on supported versions, so security patches arrive on cPanel’s timetable, not when someone remembers.
The same cPanel and WHM across shared and reseller plans. Shared and reseller plans use the same cPanel, and reseller plans add WHM on top. If you move from a shared plan to a reseller plan, the interface, the file manager, the email tools and the backup restore screen are the same ones you already know. Managed WordPress plans sit apart: they run on their own simplified WordPress panel, and no cPanel is needed.
What you already get stays in place. Our shared hosting plans list Softaculous one-click installs, free automatic SSL installation, free website migration in under 24 hours, AutoBackup and 24/7 live support. Our reseller hosting plans add brandable WHM and cPanel, private nameservers and daily backups with JetBackup. None of that is withdrawn.
No price change is announced. Current prices stay as published on each plan page.
What Changes for Domain Customers
Registration and transfer stay in the portal. You register, renew and transfer .com, .ae and other domains through our domain pricing and ordering page. The partnership does not change the registrar workflow or the prices shown there.
DNS is managed in cPanel when the domain is hosted with us. Point the domain at our nameservers and its records, A, MX, TXT and the rest, are edited in the cPanel Zone Editor of the account that hosts it. If the domain is registered with us but hosted elsewhere, DNS is managed in the portal as before.
SSL is issued automatically. A domain that resolves to our servers gets its free SSL certificate installed by the panel without a ticket. If you add a new domain or subdomain to an existing account, the certificate follows.
A note on .ae. The cPanel partnership covers the hosting platform; it has nothing to do with domain accreditation. .ae domains ordered through our portal are registered with an aeDA-accredited registrar, and we do not claim aeDA accreditation ourselves. What Stays the Same
Your existing accounts, usernames and passwords are unchanged. Your plan, its renewal date and its price are unchanged. Your website stays on the same server in the same location; nothing is migrated because of this announcement. Support is reached the same way: the client portal, the ticket system, phone or WhatsApp, around the clock. Your backup schedule is unchanged, and so is the restore screen in cPanel where you roll a file or a database back yourself.

No. Your account, login, plan and price stay exactly as they are, and your site stays on its current server. The partnership changes how we license, update and escalate the cPanel platform behind your hosting. If anything ever requires action from you, we will tell you through the portal and by email beforehand.
Does cPanel Authorized Partner status mean cPanel supports me directly?

Does the partnership affect my .ae or .com domain?
Not in price or process. Domains are registered, renewed and transferred through our portal as before, with .ae handled by an aeDA-accredited registrar. The practical link is on the hosting side: a domain hosted with us gets its DNS managed in cPanel and its SSL certificate installed automatically by the panel.
