Web Hosting, Business Email and 3CX in Dubai: Local Setup from Our Business Bay Branch

The trade licence is issued, the office in Business Bay or JLT is signed for, and the next three items on the list are always the same: a website that loads quickly for visitors in the UAE, email on the company’s own domain, and an office number that starts with 04 and rings on everyone’s mobile. Many of the hosting brands that come up for “web hosting Dubai” have no office in the city and no engineer who can come to yours. We do. This page explains how we host, run email and install 3CX for Dubai businesses from our branch in Business Bay, which plan fits which kind of company, and what a typical Dubai setup looks like once it is live.

Quick Answer

We provide web hosting, business email and 3CX phone systems for Dubai companies from our Business Bay branch, with remote support around the clock and office visits across the emirate on working days. Our Dubai Hosting plans are served from a data centre in Dubai for sites whose visitors and data belong in the UAE; our standard cPanel shared and WordPress plans run on LiteSpeed servers in Europe for everyone else. Business email runs on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace or Zoho, with migration done by us. 3CX is installed on-premise in your Dubai office or in the cloud, with 04 numbers obtained through the UAE’s licensed operators and 800 toll-free numbers on request.

How We Serve Dubai

Our branch sits in Business Bay, a few minutes from Downtown, DIFC and Sheikh Zayed Road, and the office line is a Dubai number, +971 4 378 2255. Support is available 24/7 in Arabic and English, and the branch is open Saturday to Thursday, 09:00 to 18:00 Gulf time. Almost everything to do with hosting and email is handled remotely; the work that needs someone in your office is 3CX hardware, network checks before a phone installation, and the occasional migration where a client wants an engineer present during the cutover.

Who we see most in Dubai. Real estate brokerages, trading companies, clinics, hotels and restaurants, and e-commerce stores. Each of these has a different pattern: a brokerage lives on listing pages and property images, a trading company lives on email and a brochure site, a clinic needs bookings and careful handling of patient data, hospitality needs a site that holds up during peak season, and an online store needs a server that does not fall over on a sale day. The sections below follow that order.

Visits and response. Remote tickets come first and are answered by the same team that will later visit you, so nothing is handed off. On-site visits are scheduled on working days within Dubai; free-zone offices in JLT, Dubai Internet City, Dubai South and DMCC towers are routine for us. For a new 3CX installation we usually make one visit to check the network and one on go-live day. Send us your location and we reply with the earliest slot we can offer.

Web Hosting for Dubai Businesses

We run two families of hosting, and for Dubai clients the choice between them matters more than the plan size. Dubai Hosting is served from a data centre in Dubai: the shortest network path to visitors in the UAE and the GCC, and the right place for a site whose owner wants customer data to stay in the country. Our standard plans, cPanel shared hosting and managed WordPress hosting, run on LiteSpeed with server-level caching, daily backups and Imunify360 malware scanning on servers in Europe. For a brochure site that is cached well and viewed from anywhere, the difference is rarely noticed; for a logged-in portal, a booking form or an admin team that works from Dubai all day, local hosting is the one clients thank us for.

Data residency. The UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law, Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, came into force on 2 January 2022 and sets out requirements for the cross-border transfer of personal data. We are not lawyers and will not tell you that hosting abroad is forbidden, because the law does not say that in those words; what we see is that clinics, brokerages and any firm that stores Emirates ID copies increasingly ask for the server to be in Dubai so the question never comes up with an auditor or a client.

Dubai sector Typical site What we usually recommend Where it is hosted
Real estate brokerage Listing site with hundreds of property images and a CRM feed Managed WordPress hosting, image optimisation, daily backups Dubai for listing portals with agent logins; Europe for brochure sites
Trading company Brochure site, product catalogue, many mailboxes cPanel shared hosting plus Microsoft 365 or Zoho email Europe unless the catalogue is used mainly by UAE buyers
Clinic Booking form, doctor profiles, patient uploads Managed WordPress on Dubai Hosting Dubai, for patient data and the booking admin
Hotel or restaurant Menus, reservations, seasonal campaigns Managed WordPress with caching tuned for campaign traffic Dubai if most bookings come from inside the UAE
E-commerce store WooCommerce or a custom shop with payment gateway Cloud VPS, managed by us Dubai Hosting or our UAE cloud VPS region

When a store or a portal outgrows shared hosting, we move it to a managed cloud VPS; we run VPS regions in the UAE, Germany and the USA, and the UAE region is where Dubai e-commerce clients usually end up. Dubai Hosting plans are prepared by hand after the order, so a Dubai site goes live after a short handover with us rather than instantly from the portal. The company’s .ae or .com domain is registered or transferred by us at the same time, so DNS, email and the site are managed in one place.

Business Email in Dubai

Email is the service a Dubai office notices first when it goes wrong, because the trading, brokerage and consulting firms we serve run their day in Outlook. We sell and support three platforms through our business email service, and the choice usually follows the sector rather than the price.

Microsoft 365 is what the Dubai trading companies and brokerages we serve usually ask for, because their staff already live in Excel, Outlook and Teams and their accountants expect Office files. Google Workspace is the usual pick for agencies, e-commerce teams and startups in Dubai Internet City that collaborate in shared documents; Google’s own pricing page states that Business Starter includes 30 GB of pooled storage per user and that the Business plans can be bought for a maximum of 300 users, which is more than enough for any Dubai SME we have met. We keep a separate Google business email pricing guide on this site up to date. Zoho Mail is where we put small Dubai teams that want a clean mailbox on their own domain at the lowest running cost, often alongside a cPanel site. Current prices for all three are on the managed business email store.

Migration. Dubai clients usually come to us with mail already somewhere: cPanel mailboxes with a previous host, an old Exchange server in the office, or a free provider that the company outgrew. Our email migration service moves the mailboxes, calendars and contacts, and we schedule the DNS switch for after 18:00 Dubai time or on a Friday so nobody in the office loses a working morning. SPF, DKIM and DMARC are set up on every domain we migrate; a Dubai company sending quotations to Europe and India without them lands in spam more often than one would expect, and we explain the three records in our SPF, DKIM and DMARC guide on this site.

3CX Phone System in Dubai

We are an official 3CX partner, and 3CX is the phone system we install in Dubai offices when a company wants a proper receptionist flow, call queues, recording and softphones on staff mobiles without paying per user to a cloud telephony brand. Our 3CX PBX service covers the licence, the hosting, the SIP trunk and the numbers; the licence tiers are explained on our 3CX phone system price page.

Local 04 numbers. Dubai landline numbers begin with 04, Abu Dhabi with 02 and Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain with 06, and toll-free numbers begin with 800. VoIP in the UAE is a regulated telecommunications service: the TDRA’s FAQ states that VoIP services offered to subscribers are regulated activities and that licensees provide them, or third parties in collaboration with licensees or with TDRA approval. In practice this means your 04 number and your SIP trunk come from one of the UAE’s licensed operators; we help you order it, then configure the trunk and route each DID to the right queue, extension or digital receptionist, which is exactly the flow in the 3CX SIP trunk documentation. An 800 toll-free number is what we add for a clinic or a brokerage that advertises on billboards along Sheikh Zayed Road. International DID numbers for other countries are possible after we review the legal documents the operator requires. The full picture of UAE numbering, including what we can and cannot supply, is in our UAE business phone numbers guide.

On-premise or cloud. A Dubai office with its own server room and IP phones on every desk usually gets 3CX on-premise: one visit to check the switches and PoE, one on go-live day. A company whose agents are in the field all day, which describes many of the brokerages we serve, gets 3CX in the cloud with the 3CX app on their phones and the 04 number following them wherever they are. Hosting, maintenance and updates are on the cloud PBX store.

What a Typical Dubai Setup Looks Like

A brokerage in Business Bay. The company had a listing site on a foreign shared host that slowed down whenever a new project launched, mailboxes on the same host, and a mobile number printed on every brochure. We moved the site to managed WordPress on Dubai Hosting, optimised the property images, migrated the agents’ mail to Microsoft 365 over a weekend, and installed 3CX in the cloud with a new 04 number in front of a queue that rings the agents’ apps in turn. The owner’s old mobile number was forwarded into the same queue so no printed brochure went to waste. Everything the office touches is now managed from one portal.

A clinic in Jumeirah. The practice needed a booking form, doctor profiles and a reception line that could cope with the morning rush. The site went on managed WordPress on Dubai Hosting so bookings and patient uploads stay in the country; email went to Google Workspace because the doctors already shared schedules in Google Calendar; and 3CX was installed on-premise with desk phones at reception, an 800 number for the campaign on the radio, and call recording that the clinic manager reviews each week. We made two visits, one for the network and one on the day the number went live.

Prices and Billing

Every Dubai company we serve is invoiced in dirhams if it wants to be: the portal shows prices in AED, USD, SAR, EGP, EUR and GBP, and you can open the web hosting store in AED directly. All currencies are accepted at checkout. The price you sign up at is locked for 36 months, and we give 30 days’ notice before any increase; our uptime commitment is 99.99%, and partial refunds apply to selected services. We do not print prices on this page because they live on the portal and change there first; the current price for each plan is always on the store.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is web hosting in Dubai faster than hosting in Europe for my visitors?

For visitors inside the UAE and the Gulf, a server in Dubai gives the shortest network path, and the difference shows most on logged-in pages, booking forms and admin dashboards that cannot be cached. A cached brochure site viewed from several countries performs well on our European plans, so we recommend Dubai Hosting by use case, not by default.

Can I get a Dubai 04 number for 3CX if my office is in a free zone?

Yes. VoIP is a regulated telecommunications service in the UAE, so the 04 number and the SIP trunk are issued by a licensed operator in your company’s name, whether the office is in JLT, Dubai Internet City or on the mainland. We help with the order, then configure the trunk in 3CX and route the number.

Do I have to host my customer data in the UAE?

The UAE’s Personal Data Protection Law sets requirements for cross-border transfers of personal data, but it does not say that every website must be hosted inside the country. We are not lawyers; what we see is that clinics, brokerages and firms holding identity documents prefer a server in Dubai so the question never arises.

Will you come to our Dubai office to install 3CX or migrate our email?

Yes. Our Business Bay branch covers the whole emirate on working days, Saturday to Thursday. For 3CX we usually make one visit to check your network and PoE switches and one on go-live day. Email migrations are done remotely after office hours, but an engineer can be present during the cutover if you prefer.
