BIGBANG Information Technology Solutions accepts selected cryptocurrencies to settle invoices issued through our billing portal at portal.its.ae. This page summarises the rules that matter most before you transfer. The binding text is section 14 of our Terms of Services, and our Refund Policy applies to cryptocurrency payments exactly as it does to any other payment method.
- Payments are final: a cryptocurrency payment cannot be reversed and there is no chargeback mechanism comparable to cards. Any claim must be raised through a support ticket within seven (7) days of the transfer, quoting the transaction hash, the invoice number and the sending address.
- Invoices are in US Dollars: the amount of cryptocurrency is calculated at the rate shown when the payment is created and is valid only for the payment window displayed. You bear all risk of price movement, and an invoice is discharged only to the extent of the USD value actually received and confirmed.
- Send the exact amount, on the network shown: all network, processing and wallet fees are borne by the sender. An underpayment leaves the invoice unpaid until the difference arrives; an overpayment is applied as credit on your account and is not returned in cash or cryptocurrency.
- Transfer errors: sending an unsupported asset, using the wrong network, omitting a required memo or tag, or paying to an expired address is usually irreversible and may be permanently lost. We have no obligation to recover such funds.
- Activation follows confirmation: services, renewals, domain registrations and upgrades are activated only after the payment is confirmed on the blockchain and the required number of confirmations is reached.
- Refunds: granted at our discretion or where required by law, and issued as credit on your account by default. If paid out externally, a refund is sent only to the same wallet address, asset and network from which the payment came, at the USD value on the day it is processed and less all fees.
- Compliance and source of funds: you confirm that the funds are lawfully obtained and belong to you. Payments are screened for money laundering and sanctions; we may request identification or proof of source of funds, and may refuse or hold any payment flagged as high risk, in which case the invoice remains due by another method.
- Availability: we may suspend, limit or withdraw cryptocurrency as a payment method, or stop supporting a particular asset or network, at any time. Payments already confirmed are unaffected.
We do not operate a wallet on your behalf, do not custody your assets, and provide no exchange, brokerage, custody or investment service. Payments are handled by an independent third-party processor, whose own terms and privacy policy also apply to you.
