The clinic’s WhatsApp number lives on the receptionist’s phone. Instagram messages sit unread until someone opens the page. Tuesday’s sales call was never logged, so nobody called back. The customer is one person who asked one question in 3 places; the business sees 3 strangers. This article is for the owner or operations manager of a UAE clinic, salon, real-estate office, school, online shop or any service business with 3 to 50 people who talk to customers on WhatsApp, Instagram and the phone. It explains what BIGBANG Cloud CX does, what it costs and what we need from you to set it up.
Quick Answer
BIGBANG Cloud CX is an omnichannel customer platform: it brings WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger, Instagram direct messages and business calls into one workspace, where every conversation stays attached to one customer record. Around that record sit a CRM, sales management, business automation, booking and appointments, and AI agents that reply, qualify, route and book on your approved business data, in Arabic and English. BIGBANG ITS sells, sets up and supports the platform in the UAE as the authorized reseller, alongside our other marketing solutions. Plans start at AED 750 per month for 3 users and 1 channel, and annual billing costs 10 months instead of 12. The full package list is on the BIGBANG Cloud CX page.
The Problem: Customer Communication Is Fragmented
In the businesses we visit, customer messages arrive on WhatsApp, on the phone and on social media, and no single screen shows all of them. Staff answer from personal phones, so there is no handover when someone is off, no history when someone leaves, and no record of who promised what. Follow-ups are missed, replies are slow, and the lead goes to the competitor who answered first. The manager sees none of it until a customer complains.
With one workspace, every channel lands in one organised inbox. Each conversation is assigned to a named person, with internal notes and the full history beside it. An AI agent sends the first reply and the follow-up reminder. Live reports show response times, open threads and who is handling what. The difference is not the software by itself; it is that customer communication becomes a managed operation with an owner, instead of chats on 5 phones.
What BIGBANG Cloud CX Is
Four channels, one customer record. WhatsApp through the WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook Messenger page messaging, Instagram direct messages and business calls through telephony integration. Meta’s developer documentation describes the WhatsApp Business Platform Cloud API as the way a business messages and calls on WhatsApp programmatically, and Instagram business messaging runs on Meta’s Instagram Messaging API. A customer who writes on Instagram today and calls tomorrow is one profile with one history.
Channels bring the conversation in. 5 capabilities decide what happens next.
CRM. A profile per customer with conversation history, notes, bookings and the channel or campaign the customer came from.
Sales management. Leads are qualified, routed to the right team and followed through to a booking or a sale.
Business automation. Routing, assignment, follow-up and the repetitive steps between them run on rules, not on memory.
Booking and appointments. A calendar with services and resources, and appointment workflows that run inside the conversation: the customer picks a slot on WhatsApp and the booking lands in the calendar.
AI-powered operations. AI agents handle replies, qualification, routing, bookings and quality review, using only the business data you have approved.
The AI Agents
Unlike a standard CRM, BIGBANG Cloud CX puts the AI inside the workflow, not beside it. The platform ships 7 agents. Each is configured on your approved business data, meaning the price list, services, working hours, locations and policies you sign off before go-live, and each works in Arabic and English. Our AI solutions team does that configuration with you.
- AI auto reply answers customer questions from the approved data, including outside business hours.
- Booking agent helps the customer choose a service and an available time, then confirms the appointment end-to-end on WhatsApp.
- Lead qualification asks the relevant questions and directs the lead to the correct team.
- Smart routing sends each conversation to the right department, employee or group based on its context.
- FAQ agent answers recurring questions about services, prices, working hours, locations and policies without a person involved.
- Knowledge-base agent uses your approved company files and internal knowledge to give accurate answers.
- Quality agent reviews employee replies and suggests improvements.
In our setups the approved data is the boundary. A question it does not cover is not guessed; it is routed to a named person with the history attached.
Core Features and Reporting
A unified inbox holds every message and interaction in one place instead of across employees and devices. Ticket management turns a conversation into a ticket with an owner, a status and a close. Conversation management opens, assigns, tracks and closes every thread from first contact to resolution. Customer profiles, team and user management with permissions, internal notes the customer never sees, and forward and share with a mandatory note complete the daily toolset.
Broadcast campaigns send approved campaigns, announcements, reminders and follow-ups to selected customer groups, within the capacity of each plan; it is the same discipline we apply in our WhatsApp and SMS campaign service. Reports and analytics track response time, open conversations, closed tickets, campaign results, team activity and customer sources. Customer source tracking records where each customer entered, such as a WhatsApp campaign or a phone call, so the manager can see which marketing activity produced bookings or sales.
Who It Is For
Service-driven businesses: clinics and medical centres, sales and follow-up teams, customer support operations and multi-branch businesses. Three situations we see often, details changed.
A dental clinic with 2 receptionists. Bookings arrived on WhatsApp, Instagram and the landline and were copied by hand into a diary. Now the booking agent offers slots on WhatsApp, the appointment lands in the calendar and the reminder goes out on its own. The receptionists handle the exceptions.
A real-estate office with 6 agents. Campaign leads went to whoever picked up first and died on personal phones. Now every enquiry is qualified, assigned to one agent and sits in the pipeline until it closes or is marked lost. The owner sees open leads per agent on one screen.
A training centre with 2 branches. Each branch answered its own WhatsApp and quoted different prices. One workspace with two locations, one approved price list for the FAQ agent, and a manager who sees both branches’ response times.
Packages and Pricing
4 plans, billed monthly in AED, as published on the BIGBANG Cloud CX page, where you can also order online.
| Plan | Monthly (AED) | Users | Channels | AI replies/month | Broadcasts/month | Setup (AED, one-time) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | 750 | 3 | 1 | Not included | 10,000 | 1,500 |
| Growth | 1,600 | 6 | 2 | 2,000 | 80,000 | 2,000 |
| Professional | 2,500 | 10 | 3 | 5,000 | 150,000 | 3,500 |
| Enterprise | 4,500 (custom scope) | Custom | Custom | Custom | Custom | 7,000 |
Annual billing is charged as 10 months, so 2 months are free. Starter covers structured WhatsApp communication with a ticket inbox, contact CRM and basic reporting; Growth adds the calendar, bookings and AI-written replies; Professional adds the AI booking assistant, advanced routing and reports, a monthly optimisation session and priority support; Enterprise is the full build with custom integrations and a dedicated account manager. Call management is available on request from Growth upward and quoted separately.
Add-ons, per month unless noted:
- Extra user: AED 35
- Extra channel: AED 90
- Extra 1,000 AI replies: AED 150 (Growth and above)
- Extra 5,000 AI replies: AED 600
- Additional location or centre: AED 1,500
- Campaign management: AED 250
- Extra WhatsApp template: AED 50, one-time
- AI employee quality report: AED 300 (Professional and above)
- Extra 1,000 analysed replies: AED 200
Message-handling fees for broadcasts depend on actual usage and are quoted at order time, so a plan’s broadcast capacity is a ceiling, not a prepaid bundle.
How Onboarding Works
Implementation follows the scope agreed at the start. On our side the work has 10 steps: business analysis of your teams, services and channels; account setup with users, teams and permissions; channel connection; workflow configuration for routing, tickets, departments, bookings and follow-ups; AI agent setup on the approved data; tracking and report setup; testing of real customer flows, bookings and notifications; team training; go-live; and support with optimisation on the plans that include it. For business calls we connect the platform to a phone system, usually 3CX, as described in our article on a contact centre for a small business.
On your side, 3 things decide how fast go-live comes. First, a Meta business portfolio, verified in Meta Business Suite, with a WhatsApp Business Account: Meta’s documentation states that a business must have a WhatsApp Business Account to send and receive messages on the platform, so we start that in week 1. Second, a phone number for the WhatsApp Business Platform; a number that is active on the WhatsApp app cannot be registered until it is removed from the app, so decide early which number to use. Third, the business data for the agents: services, prices, working hours, locations, policies and the files the knowledge-base agent may use, plus the team list with departments. The adoption side, a switch-off date for personal-phone replies and training on each role’s own tasks, is covered in our article on change management for a new system.
What Is Specific to the UAE
Two languages on both sides. Customers write in Arabic and English, often in the same thread, and so do teams. The agents answer in the customer’s language from the same approved data, and the training comes in both.
Customer data under the Personal Data Protection Law. Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021, in force since 2 January 2022, prohibits processing personal data without the owner’s consent except in the cases the law lists, according to the UAE Government portal. A customer platform is a personal-data system, so the setup decides who may see which profiles, how long conversations are kept and the consent basis for each broadcast list. Our article on the UAE data protection law covers the obligations.
Calls and broadcasts have a regulator. The Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA) treats voice over IP as a telecommunications service that requires a licence and is provided by the UAE’s licensed operators, which is why the calls channel is connected through a phone system on a licensed trunk rather than an app. The same TDRA FAQ states that marketing messages may not be sent without prior explicit consent, and broadcast lists are built on that basis.
Working hours. UAE customers message across a Saturday-to-Thursday week and a Monday-to-Friday week at once, and well after 18:00. The auto-reply and FAQ agents answer after hours from the approved data, the booking agent takes the appointment, and anything that needs a person waits in the queue with a note for the morning shift.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is BIGBANG Cloud CX a CRM?
It includes one. Every customer has a profile with conversation history, notes, bookings, previous interactions and the source they came from, and leads move through a sales pipeline. The difference from a standalone CRM is that the channels, the booking calendar, the automation and the AI agents sit in the same workspace, so the record fills itself from the conversation.
Does it work with my existing WhatsApp number?
Yes, once the number is moved to the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta does not allow a number that is active on the WhatsApp app to be registered on the platform until it is removed from the app. Many clients keep the known number for the platform and give staff a separate line; we plan that switch before go-live.
Can the AI agents answer in Arabic?
Yes. Every agent supports Arabic and English and replies in the language the customer uses, from the same approved business data. The data itself, meaning services, prices, hours and policies, is loaded in both languages during setup, and the quality agent reviews employee replies in either language. Team training is delivered in Arabic and English too.
What happens when the AI cannot answer?
The agent does not guess. In our configuration a question outside the approved data is routed to a named department or employee with the full conversation attached, and the customer is told a colleague will follow up. Outside business hours the conversation waits in the queue with an internal note, and the report shows how long it waited.
