Most IT companies describe themselves in adjectives. This article uses documents, dates and names instead, because in a market with as many technology providers as the UAE, the only claims worth making are the ones a client would confirm if you called them.
BIGBANG Information Technology Solutions FZE has been delivering IT services to businesses in the Emirates and the wider Middle East since 2003 — more than two decades of hosting, telephony, development and security work, most of it for companies that are still with us. Here is what the company actually does, how it is built, and what clients have said in writing.
Quick Answer
BIGBANG ITS is a UAE-registered IT company operating since 2003, headquartered at the Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park with a branch in Business Bay, Dubai. It runs its own hosting infrastructure and delivers a full technology stack under one provider: hosting, domains, business email, cloud telephony, websites and applications, network security, backups, server management and AI integration. Support runs 24/7, offices are open Saturday to Thursday, 09:00–18:00 Gulf time, and the stated response commitment is under 24 hours.
What the Company Actually Does
The distinguishing feature is scope. Most providers in this market do one layer: a hosting company, a web agency, a phone system dealer, a security consultancy. BIGBANG ITS does the whole stack, which matters for a specific and unglamorous reason — when something breaks, there is nobody to blame.
Anyone who has run a business website knows the pattern: the site is slow, the hosting company says it is the developer’s code, the developer says it is the hosting, and the client spends three weeks as a messenger between two vendors who each have an incentive to point elsewhere. When one provider owns the server, the site, the domain, the email and the phone system, that conversation does not happen.
Hosting and infrastructure. Shared, VPS, dedicated and reseller hosting, on infrastructure the company owns and administers directly rather than reselling someone else’s white-label service. Server management, cPanel licensing and annual maintenance contracts for businesses running their own environments.
Domains and business email. Domain registration and transfers, and business email built to authenticate properly — SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured so mail reaches inboxes rather than spam folders. Migration to and from Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace is routine work here rather than a special project.
Cloud telephony. 3CX and cloud PBX deployment, SIP trunking, CRM integration and contact-centre configuration — one of the deepest specialisations in the company and a substantial share of its published technical writing.
Websites and applications. Website design and development, e-commerce, mobile applications, UI/UX, and bilingual Arabic-English delivery as standard rather than as an add-on. Also brand identity, motion graphics, content writing and SEO, for clients who want the whole digital presence handled together.
Security and continuity. Network security, DDoS protection, SSL certificates, two-factor authentication rollout, backup solutions, and hacked-site recovery — a service that exists because the demand for it is constant.
Business systems. Logistics ERP and AI integration for companies automating document-heavy or repetitive processes.
Recognition, in Writing
The company holds a small number of certificates of appreciation issued by clients — not competition trophies, but documents signed and stamped by the businesses that received the work. We think these are worth more than an award, because an award is judged by people who did not have to live with the result.
Arabela Real Estate Brokers LLC, Dubai. A certificate of thanks and appreciation covering the design and programming of the company’s websites and smart mobile applications, delivered across 2020–2021, signed by the General Manager.
Al Jawdah Al Shamla Training and Consultancy (TQT), Dubai. A certificate of thanks recognising the development of the organisation’s information technology operations, signed by the General Manager.
Space Line Cargo LLC, Dubai. A certificate of appreciation dated 16 June 2017 for information technology services — hosting, email and website — signed by the owner.
These are viewable on the company’s certificates and accreditations page. Three certificates over two decades is not a wall of trophies, and we are not going to present it as one. What it is, is documentation from named companies in Dubai who chose to put their appreciation on letterhead — which is a higher bar than most marketing claims clear.
The stronger indicator, and the harder one to fake, is retention. A large share of the company’s clients have been with it for years, and a meaningful share of new business arrives by referral from existing clients. In a market where switching providers takes an afternoon, staying is the review that counts.
How the Company Is Built
A few structural choices explain most of the service difference.
Owned infrastructure. The company runs its own servers rather than reselling capacity, which means it can diagnose a problem to the operating system level instead of opening a ticket with an upstream provider and waiting. Enterprise-grade components — LiteSpeed web serving, Imunify360 security, off-server backup with tested restores — are standard rather than upsells.
An in-house team. Development, systems administration, design and support are internal. Work is not brokered out to a subcontractor the client never meets.
Genuinely bilingual delivery. Arabic and English at native quality, in the website, the documentation, the email templates and the support conversation. In this market that should be table stakes and demonstrably is not — most bilingual sites here are an English site with machine-translated Arabic bolted on, and it shows to every Arabic-speaking visitor.
Support that is actually 24/7. Infrastructure does not fail during office hours as a courtesy. Monitoring and response run continuously; the offices keep normal hours for everything that is not an incident.
Working With BIGBANG ITS
Direct clients. Businesses that want their hosting, domains, email, phones, website and security handled by one provider with one point of contact.
Resellers. A reseller programme for agencies and IT consultants who want to sell hosting and services under their own brand on infrastructure they do not have to operate.
Affiliates. A referral programme paying 15% of invoice value on qualifying sales, credited to the client portal, with a 30-day holding period after the referred invoice is settled and a $100 minimum withdrawal.

The Honest Version
We are not the cheapest provider in the UAE, and we are not the largest. What we are is a company that has been doing this since 2003, runs its own infrastructure, answers the phone, and works in both languages a business here actually operates in.
If you are unhappy with a current provider, planning a migration, or simply want an outside assessment of what your technology is costing you and what it should cost, get in touch. The assessment is free, and if the answer is that your current setup is fine, we will say so.
