How the money works
Every reseller account carries an agreed markup. Your catalogue is read live from our API with that markup already applied, so the price you see is the price we invoice you. A price change reaches you the moment we make it — there is no stale price list to keep in sync.
What you charge your own customer is entirely your decision. We never see it.
Your buying cycle and your selling cycle are independent. Selling monthly while buying annually is a common and perfectly workable arrangement — you keep the margin on the difference.
What you need
- WHMCS 8.x, with shell or FTP access to install one directory.
- Outbound HTTPS from your WHMCS server to
portal.its.ae. - A server clock kept in sync. Requests are signed per hour, so a badly wrong clock is refused.
Setup takes about ten minutes. Nothing on your side is rewritten: the module adds a single directory, modules/servers/BBReseller, and touches nothing else.
From here to live
Apply
Tell us your company, your WHMCS address and what you plan to sell. We review within one business day.
Receive your credentials
On approval we send your reseller username and API key. The key is shown once — store it the moment it arrives.
Install and connect
Unpack the module, add one server entry, press Test Connection.
Map your products
Put our plan code on each product you want to resell, and choose the cycle we bill you on.
Sell
Place a test order, exercise suspend and terminate, then open the doors.
Download the module
The package is free to download and inert on its own — it does nothing until you hold a reseller username and API key, which we issue after approval.
