Reporting Grievances

We will acknowledge your grievance within 24 hours and aim to resolve it within 7 business days. If you are unsatisfied with the resolution, you can request an escalation for further review.

All grievances will be handled confidentially, and we uphold a strict non-retaliation policy to protect those who report concerns in good faith.
