Resource Usage: Clients are responsible for maintaining usage within the allocated server resources. Abuse or misuse may result in suspension or termination without refund.

Service Cancellation: Clients may cancel hosting services at any time, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for unused periods.

Payments for 3CX VoIP licensing, configuration, or subscription plans are non-refundable once activated.

Call credits, setup charges, and configuration fees are non-refundable.
