- Hosting or distributing content that violates any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights.
2.2 Security Violations
- Attempting to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or performance of our services or the services of other users.
- Unauthorized access to or use of data, systems, networks, or devices, including but not limited to brute-force attacks, port scanning, and denial-of-service attacks.
2.3 Spamming and Bulk Email
- Sending unsolicited bulk emails (SPAM) or engaging in email harvesting, spoofing, or phishing.
- Operating mailing lists, listservs, or email groups that send unsolicited emails.
2.4 Inappropriate Content
- Hosting, transmitting, or distributing content that is defamatory, abusive, harassing, threatening, or incites violence.
- Hosting or distributing content that is obscene, pornographic, or otherwise harmful to minors.
2.5 Resource Abuse
- Excessive use of server resources, including CPU, memory, disk space, or bandwidth, that negatively impacts the performance of our services for other users.
- Using our services for cryptocurrency mining, unless expressly authorized by BIGBANG.
2.6 Fraudulent Activity
- Impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting your affiliation with a person or entity.
- Engaging in deceptive practices such as phishing or misrepresentation to defraud others.
2.7 IPTV Specific Restrictions
- Hosting, distributing, or transmitting unauthorized IPTV streams, including but not limited to pirated TV channels, shows, or movies.
- Using IPTV services for illegal streaming or distribution of copyrighted content.
3. Fair Usage Policy
To ensure a fair and consistent experience for all users, BIGBANG reserves the right to impose limits on your use of our services where your usage is excessive or disproportionate relative to other users. We may implement technical measures to prevent abuse of our services, including bandwidth throttling or suspension of services.
4. Reporting Violations
